Recently deleted
Deleted items are kept for 30 days so you can bring them back.
When you delete a project, document, voice, collection, reference, binder section, or comment, it is not removed right away. It moves to Recently deleted and stays there for 30 days, so a delete is never the end of the story unless you want it to be.
Where to find it
Open Settings → Recently deleted. Everything you have deleted across your account is listed together, newest first.
How to use it
- Restore — brings the item back to where it was, exactly as it was. Deleting a binder section or folder restores the whole thing — its sub-sections come back with it.
- Delete now — removes the item permanently, right away, without waiting out the 30 days. This cannot be undone, so you are asked to confirm.
- Each row shows how many days are left before the item is removed permanently. After that window it is gone from this list.
