Growth Reports
A monthly, encouraging mentor report on your growth — progress, craft improvements, focus areas, coaches to lean on, and a next milestone.
A Growth Report is a warm, monthly read of how your writing is developing. It looks across your writing activity, Skill Tree levels, Writing DNA, and story metrics for the month and writes back an encouraging mentor report: what moved forward, what got stronger in your craft, a few gentle areas to focus on next, which coaches to lean on, a couple of challenges to try, and one next milestone. It is coaching about your progress — never a grade, and it never rewrites or generates your story.
What it reads
Only content-free signals — activity counts, craft levels, DNA affinities, story metrics, and achievements. Never your story text. Like Writing activity, the Skill Tree, and Writing DNA, it is private to you.
What it costs
Each report spends a small, fixed number of credits, shown on the button before you run it. It only ever runs when you ask it to.
How to use it
- Turn on Writing activity under Settings → Writing activity — Growth Reports are part of it and stay off until you do.
- Write through the month, and finish or assess a story or two, so there is something to reflect on.
- Open Growth Reports in the sidebar and choose Generate this month’s report. The button shows the credit cost first.
- Read your progress, improvements, focus areas, coach recommendations, and next milestone — and revisit past months anytime.
