Issue is a document type in the Newsletter content type, and the one you get when you add a document without picking a type. Open the Newsletter page to see every document type it offers.

The stages it moves through

Every document moves through the same shape: Ideation, Outline, Draft, Revision, Final edit. After Ideation you can move back and forth freely — jump to whichever stage the work needs.
