Acceptable Use & AI Policy
Effective date: 2026-07-17 Last updated: 2026-07-17
⚠️ Beta — pending legal review. This document is a draft provided for transparency during our beta. It is under review by legal counsel and may change before general availability.
This Acceptable Use & AI Policy (the "AUP") supplements and is incorporated into the Terms of Service between you and Eremhgo.dev ("Oghmere", "we", "us"). Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms. If there is a conflict between this AUP and the Terms, the Terms govern except where this AUP is more specific.
By using the Oghmere platform (the "Service"), you agree to this AUP. Violating it may result in content removal, feature or Credit restrictions, and suspension or termination of your account.
1. General rules
You are responsible for everything you do on the Service and for all Content in your account. You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:
(a) break the law, or use the Service to facilitate illegal activity; (b) upload, store, or distribute Content you do not have the rights to use, publish, or distribute, or that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; (c) post or generate content that is unlawfully defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that promotes violence or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics; (d) upload malware, or interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service, its security, or other users; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; (f) scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data or Content except as expressly permitted; or (g) reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to create, store, generate, or distribute:
(a) child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that sexualizes minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children; (b) non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexually depicts a real person without their consent; (c) content that provides genuinely dangerous instructions (for example, credible instructions to create weapons capable of mass harm); (d) content intended to defraud, deceive, or impersonate a person or organization without authorization; or (e) content that violates the acceptable-use or usage policies of the third-party AI providers or other service providers we rely on.
3. Rules specific to AI features
Because our AI features rely on third-party AI models, you additionally agree that you will not:
(a) use AI features to generate any prohibited content listed in Section 2; (b) use AI Output to harass, defraud, defame, or infringe the rights of others; (c) present AI Output as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or similar), or rely on it without independent human review — AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased; (d) attempt to bypass, disable, or manipulate safety measures, content filters, or usage limits, including through prompt injection or similar techniques aimed at the underlying models; (e) attempt to extract, reconstruct, or reverse engineer model weights, system prompts, or training data of the underlying AI models; (f) use the Service or AI Output to develop a competing AI model or foundation model; or (g) misrepresent AI-generated content in a way that is deceptive or unlawful (you remain responsible for complying with any disclosure obligations that apply to you).
Human accountability. You are responsible for reviewing AI Output before you rely on it, share it, or publish it, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your use.
4. Fair use of Credits and resources
You agree not to:
(a) circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, Credit limits, rate limits, or anti-abuse controls; (b) create multiple accounts, or use automated means, to obtain additional free Credits or evade limits; or (c) impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Service.
We may apply per-account limits and anti-abuse measures, and may throttle or suspend activity that threatens the Service or other users.
5. Publishing and sharing responsibly
5.1 General. When you use features that make Content public or send it to third parties, you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to do so and that the Content complies with this AUP and applicable law. You control the audience and can revoke public access using the controls we provide.
5.2 Community Showcase. The Community Showcase lets you publish work to a shared, public space where other Oghmere users — and, for public pages, anyone with the link — can read it, leave feedback, and interact. When you publish to the Showcase, you additionally agree that:
(a) you have the rights to publish the Content, and it complies with Sections 1 and 2 (nothing infringing, unlawful, hateful, harassing, or otherwise prohibited); (b) you will not use the Showcase to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or target other users, or to post another person's private or identifying information; (c) you are responsible for how you label your own work, including any content warnings or maturity ratings you apply; (d) you control the audience (private, unlisted, or public), may unpublish at any time, may block other users, and may set who is allowed to leave feedback on your work; and (e) we may hide, remove, or delist Content or author profiles, suspend an account's ability to publish, or restrict accounts that violate this AUP or applicable law. Content may be temporarily hidden automatically when it is reported by multiple users, pending human review. Where practical and lawful, we aim to act proportionately and to let you appeal a moderation decision on your own work.
6. Reporting and enforcement
To report content or conduct that violates this AUP, contact us at abuse@oghmere.com. We may investigate suspected violations and take action we consider appropriate, including removing Content, restricting features or Credits, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting unlawful activity to authorities where required or permitted by law. We aim to act proportionately and, where practical and lawful, to give notice and an opportunity to respond.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time and will provide reasonable notice of material changes, consistent with the Terms.
